We want only good vibes from our customers, so if you're not happy with your laces, please contact us on hello@tekkieties.com.

Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns within 30 days of receipt, and only for Tekkie Ties bought here, through our website.

If you bought your Tekkie Ties at a local retailer or through another online outlet, please follow their return policy instead.

Unfortunately we don't reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping (sorry!).

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
