We want only good vibes from our customers, so if you are not happy with your laces please contact us on info@funkyenterprizes.com.

 

Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns within 30 days of receipt and for purchases of Tekkie Ties laces that are made here, through our website. 

 

If you purchased your tekkie ties at a local retailer or through another online outlet, please make sure to follow their return policy instead. 

 

We unfortunately do not reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping (sorry!).

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your card statement.
